Free returns

You can request a return for any product within 30 days from the delivery date.

We do not accept exchanges.

Cherry Hill is responsible for any return costs but shipping costs are non-refundable

Return labels are available once Cherry Hill approved your return.

Once your parcel has arrived, we usually accept returns within 7 days.

The time needed to process your refund may vary based on the payment method used. Refunds must be refunded to the original payment method

To return a product

• Go to your Order detail
• Click on the order that contains the item to be returned
• Check the item(s) you wish to return
• Specify a reason and click on the "Request a return" button

Once your return created and approved by Cherry Hill, you will receive an email with the return label
